Pelikan M800 Brown-Black Special Edition using  M800 18K Extra Fine inked with Kyo No Oto No.10 ochiguriiro

Next into use is a lovely brown combination.

I have had the M800 Brown-Black Special Edition pen in possession almost six years now and it has been inked up twelve times. It is a handsome rather than pretty pen, but I like it.

The M800 18K Extra Fine nib is a year old arriving in my collection in 2018.

I am a big fan of Kyo No Oto inks, mainly due to their approach of producing inks that represent traditional Japanese dyes. Ochiguiiro (chestnut brown) is a nice mid-brown, without being overly exciting. This ink has been in my collection since early 2021and this is only its second time in use. (I have too many inks)
